Feasibility Starts Here: Nine Dimensions, One Executive Summary

What Jadwai offers today, and what is coming soon

By Jadwai

Jadwai opened its LinkedIn page with a short message: "Feasibility starts here." This article explains what sits behind that line: what we mean by a defensible feasibility study, what the platform offers today, and what is still on the roadmap.

Who we are

Jadwai is a Saudi technology company founded in Riyadh in 2026. We provide AI-assisted feasibility studies built on structured inputs and data from trusted sources, and we design them to be traceable: every figure is linked to its source, and every assumption is visible to the decision-maker.

Why feasibility starts with the right question

Many feasibility studies start from the answer: an optimistic revenue figure or a target return, with the assumptions built around it. We start from the other end: what decision is needed, who will review it, and what will they ask? An investment committee asks about return and risk, a government entity asks about alignment and value to the economy, and a board asks whether the project can be delivered. A good study answers all of these questions in one place.

Nine dimensions of feasibility

The platform covers nine integrated dimensions today:

  1. Strategic: alignment with the organisation's goals and avoiding duplication.
  2. Economic: need, options and value to the economy and society.
  3. Market: demand, competition and customer segments.
  4. Commercial: the funding, procurement and delivery model.
  5. Technical: technical requirements, site and capacity.
  6. Financial: costs, revenues, cash flows and the ability to fund the project.
  7. Legal: regulations, licences and obligations.
  8. Operational: how the project will run day to day.
  9. Administrative: governance, roles, risks and the delivery roadmap.

Each dimension gets a clear verdict, with weights visible to the user inside the platform, so the decision-maker can see how the overall result was formed.

For government projects: the five studies

The Ministry of Finance's instructions require cost requests to include a feasibility study covering five axes: Strategic, Economic, Commercial, Financial and Administrative. These five studies sit within Jadwai's nine dimensions. The Operational dimension supports them but is not one of the five studies the Ministry requires. In the government sense, the Commercial study means funding, procurement and the delivery model (including public-private partnership), not a go-to-market plan.

Multiple projects, one consolidated executive summary

A decision rarely concerns a single project. The platform lets you manage multiple projects, prepare more than one feasibility study per project, and combine them into one consolidated executive summary, so a board or investment committee can see the whole portfolio in a single view.

Available now, and coming next

What to check before you rely on a feasibility study

  • Is every key figure linked to a source you can go back to?
  • Are the assumptions visible, and can you change them to see their effect?
  • Does the study cover the dimensions the reviewer will ask about, not just the financials?
  • For government projects: are all five studies present?
  • Can this study be compared with your other projects' studies on the same basis?
